England beat India by eight wickets to clinch series 2-1
After nine consecutive victories, this is the first defeat for team India in the ODI series. Finally, India lost the series in January 2016. India lost the One Day series with England as the batsmen were once again disappointed with their poor performance in third ODI a Series deciding match.

Captain Virat Kohli (71; 72 balls 7 × 4) was the top scorer with a valuable inning. Rohith Sharma once again failed in the innings. Dhawan (44; 49 balls 7 × 4), Dhoni (42; 66 balls 4 × 4) gave support to the team with their innings and lead the score to 256/8.
While chasing England lost two wickets in 44.3 overs and scored 260 and won the match. Root (100 not out; 10 × 4 in 120 balls), Morgan (88 not out; 9 × 4, 1 × 6 in 108 balls), added 186 runs for the third wicket. Root made a century in the second ODI also. Team India lost series after nine successive ODI victories. The first test match will be played in Birmingham on August 1 as part of the five-Test series.
BCCI Selection committee headed by MSK Prasad will select team for Test Series today. According to sources Bumra and Chateshwar Pujara will not be available for test series as they are injured during practice sessions. Dinesh Karthik will replace Pujara.
