Malala Makes First Trip To Pakistan Since Taliban Attack
Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai arrived to Pakistan on Thursday. After the attack of Taliban terrorists on her, six years later she returned to her native place. In 2012 a Taliban terrorist shot her up because of promoting the need for education girls. Fortunately she survived. She then moved to London for treatment. The treatment provided to her at a hospital in Birmingham City.
The British government also provide sheltered her in London. Malala also completed her education there only. On the occasion of Malala’s arrival on Thursday, security has been imposed on the Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Islamabad. Malala’s arrival is also kept very confidential. Many Pakistani people expressed happiness about the arrival of Malala. But the opposers have criticized her arrival and comments on her in social media like she is a western agent and she is degrading their country dignity. In 2009, she started writing a blog for a Urdu program in BBC Channel, as girls’ education was banned in Swat Valley. Since then, she started promoting on women’s education. In 2007 Swat Valley was captured by Islamic terrorists. After the capture of Swat Valley by Islamic terrorists there has been a cruel rule in Swat Valley.
