Chahal, Sunder moves up in ICC T20 Ranking
Indian team’s victory in the Nidahas triangular T20 Trophy in Sri Lanka lasted two days ago. The ICC 20th rankings have improved the rankings for Indian players. Yazvendra Chahal who has played a crucial role in winning the series with his wrist magic is the second best. Chahal, who took eight wickets in the series, finished the second position with 706 points. Washington Sunder was placed 151 to 31st position. Afghan sensation Rasheed Khan is in the first place with 759 points.
There was little change in the T20 batting list. Dinesh Karthik, who gave a glittering inning in the final to Bangladesh, reached 95 from 126. This is the best in Karthik’s T20 career. The temporary captain Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan are in the 13,17 positions. New Zealand batsmen Colin Munro is leading the 801 points while Virat Kohli is in the 8th position with 670 points.
Bangladesh captain Shakibhul Hassan has dropped from the top of the number one spot in the all-around list, missing half of the series in the series. Maxwell was not at the top. In the T20 team list, India is at the third position with 124 points. Pakistan is in second place with 126 points while Australia is in second place.
