Virat Kohli’s wax statue to be unveiled soon at Madame Tussauds
Delhi: India captain Virat Kohli has a rare honor. World’s dashing batsman in international cricket, Wax Statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds Museum. Kohli joined by the legendary Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Dev, and Argentina football legend Lionel Messi.
Tussauds museum artists took measurements from Kohli. Kohli expressed happiness over his statue in the Tussauds Museum. ‘It is a great honor to have my statue in Madame Tussauds Museum. I am thankful to the Tussauds staff who are patiently enduring my dimensions and give me a life-long experience, “Kohli said.
Kohli, who entered the 2006 domestic cricket, came to the senior squad for the 2008 Under-19 World Cup. He became the world’s best batsman to revitalize world records in a short span of time. Kohli, who already has Arjuna Award, ICC World Cricketer and three times BCCI International Cricketer of the Year, awarded the Padma Shri Purusharam from the Government of India.
The prestigious London Madame Tussaud Museum has created 21 brands in different countries. Its branch is also in Delhi. The Madam Tussaud Museum known for its prominent, Hollywood, Bollywood actors, prominent players, and politicians wax statues.
